Long weekend ahead!

For us, it will include an end-of-summer, beginning-of hibernation bash. I say beginning-hibernation jokingly, but the days are really getting shorter and there was a chill in the air last night (seriously, it was like 74 degrees and it felt cool). I can't say I'm bothered by winter coming - I only have to go out in it for visits to the doctor (I will be out more than that, though), but it does mean time is passing and quite frankly, I am very aware of time nowadays.
