For $867 today, you can buy a cheap flight to Afghanistan, although I'm not sure why one would want to do that.
Per Google, the estimated average transaction price of a new car or truck sold in the U.S. was $33,560.00 (2015).
I'm pretty sure there's a way to figure out a percentage - "that's an increase of xxx%!", but my head has never really worked that way and the chemo hasn't helped.
