Crabby

The crab apple tree in Kirby was blooming when I walked down. The buds are pink, the blossoms white - I guess as it opens, the flower fades to white? It doesn't really matter to me - just the sight of a flowering tree makes me happy! Spring!
I think the only tree left to bloom (in my little world) is the kousa dogwood, also in Kirby Park. I have loads of pictures of the tree from years past and will take loads more when it blooms in the next few weeks. Do I need more? No. Do I care? No.
