The reality is...

my breathing will never be 100% again. And so, we are moving into a first floor apartment. The weekend was spent painting the new place and my job (mostly) was to tape. Oy! Yesterday morning I woke up with muscles I'd forgotten having! New floors will be finished today or tomorrow and a new vanity (of my choice!) will be installed, too. Our landlord rocks.
The kids were a tremendous help and will be back this weekend to help move furniture. They come in handy, the kids :)

And I'm not the only one who will benefit from fewer stairs...Lucky will be thrilled he doesn't have to hobble up 15 steps for his cookie!
