Then and now

A year ago, we had around 8 inches of snow the day before Thanksgiving. It also got pretty dang cold!
This year, sunshine and temps near fifty degrees! While it would make leaving for Florida a bit sweeter to have some more winter-like weather, I won't complain about what we're getting now.

I'm not a winter person - I love spring and green! I feel like I really shouldn't complain about winter now, though, because I'm alive. I don't want to be a whiner! So, I will enjoy the beauty of the whites and grays and patiently wait for the explosion of color a few months from now.
