After the storm

After loads of hype, we got some snow on Saturday. I was out in it, but only to go to a birthday lunch. It was too windy, in my opinion, to be out in it with a camera.  I did go out Sunday, though! Blue sky and white trees!

I've mentioned before that I love these trees. When in leaf, the graceful curves and the camouflage-like bark are the stars,

In the winter, the white tops against a blue sky are the attention getters. Snow up the trunk is an added visual bonus. So beautiful!
