And on day 4, the rains came

Then the fog rolled in.



I've seen it happen before. It rolls in (up?) and spreads across the flat ground, in this case, Nesbitt Park.



And in the time it takes to get down the dike and across the park, the river pulls it back.



At this point, you don't see the river.
