Let's get on it, city of Wilkes-Barre. Be a little forward-thinking. These beauties will eventually die or be uprooted by wind or water and then there will be nothing.  In all fairness, it may be a drawn out process that has to involve any and all government agencies involved in flood control, but surely they know the benefits of planting trees.
